“I’ve just had my second service on my heat pump, which means I’m now going into year 3 since having it installed and having a gas free house.
Facebook groups for heat pumps were full of people complaining about the cost to run these systems, the noise the units make, how the houses were cold etc - this has just not been my experience at all.
I have had a comfortable & evenly heated property for 3yrs, my running costs are slightly less than my previous gas system, the unit is as quiet as a mouse even on really quite cold nights….. Why is this? Because Clean Heat Solutions know their stuff. The design of the system was spot on, bespoke to my property.
I only have good things to say about the team, each service has been thorough, and I’m confident that having shopped around lots of companies over 3yrs ago - that I absolutely made the right choice.”

Google2026-04-14“The initial calculations and quote were done by Aaron (using Heat Geeks software) and everything was explained clearly.
The heat pump and hot water cylinder etc were fitted and plumbed in by Rob and James. The electrical work was then carried out by Fraser. All 3 worked hard with minimal disruption and completed the work within the time quoted.
Then Aaron did the commissioning and handover, explaining everything well.
It's early days but everything is working as expected and I'm confident that if any niggles arise they will be sorted quickly and efficiently.”

Google2026-03-04“Got in contact through Heat Geek, and I couldn't be happier. Friendly and answered my many questions throughout! I was able to give plenty of input on the design (which was important to me), and every step was clearly explained.
During installation they were very quick to resolve an issue with the radiator supplier and kept me informed. - Very happy with the radiators they installed and the superb quality of all the work.
After installation, through no fault of their own, a part needed to be replaced. They INSTANTLY identified the issue, which was then easily sorted.

He and Aäron worked late to make sure we had hot water asap and were very tidy (hoovering before leaving each day). We're really pleased how warm it is and our heating bills are much lower.
It has been far more efficient than expected (SCOP above 4 over the last 6 months). The performance guarantee gave us peace of mind, but we didn't need it - Aäron's design and commissioning were spot on. I really appreciated the time he spent balancing the system to make sure each room is cosy. He's also been really helpful teaching me how to use the controls and is always keen to help if I have any questions.”

Setting the Heat Pumps up to work efficiently is a complex process and requires a high level of knowledge and skills which Aaron and Rob clearly have and are committed to getting it right.
I have only been using the heating system for two days and so far it is functioning well
